Mail dans les spams

Bonjour,

N'étant pas très calé dans ce domaine, je m'arrache un peu les cheveux à essayer de faire passer les mails provenant de mon site, autrement que dans les spams.

J'ai fait le mail-tester qui me dit : Vous devriez publier une entrée DNS (de type MX) sur votre nom de domaine mail-out.cluster030.hosting.ovh.net ou utiliser une adresse de rebond différente.

Est-ce un problème d'entête ? ou de mes DNS ? Car j'ai bien des entrée MX actuellement

Excusez moi d'avance si le problème est stupide, je débute dans cette partie du web ^^

Bonjour,
Tout ce que vous montrez ne sert à rien.

Merci de communiquer votre domaine, et si possible les en-têtes SMTP complets d'un mail qui a atterri dans les spams.

S'il s'agit du domaine mentionné dans votre capture d'écran, et que vous utilisez effectivement Gmail et non OVH pour les mails, je vous invite à envoyer vos mails depuis Gmail et adapter votre SPF en correspondance.

Je peux comprendre la réaction de Gmail.

Gmail voit arriver un mail dont l'adresse d'expéditeur est calvinXguillemetXgmail.com
mais ce mail provient des serveurs d'OVH.
C'est donc une possibilité de mail frauduleux.

Il faudrait mettre en place sur le site web un envoi via SMTP et non via mail(), et utiliser SMTP.GMAIL.COM comme serveur d'envoi avec des credentials Gmail.
Et conserver une adresse d'expéditeur @gmail.com
